Elizabeth Riddle’s practice is focused on employment law. A significant aspect of her practice has been to advise and counsel clients on legal compliance issues and avoiding litigation. Elizabeth has counseled clients on issues such as discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful discharge, breach of employment contracts, non-competition covenants, wage and hour issues and other general employment matters. She also advises General Counsel, Human Resource Directors, and other upper level managers on implementation of federal, state and local statutory and regulatory requirements. A large part of her practice involves writing employment contracts and letters of advice to clients. Elizabeth has also composed and developed numerous employment policies and procedures on many different topics.
